'We Will Rebuild' Reconstruction and Recovery site launched

Across Victoria, 78 communities have been affected by recent bushfires.

The Commonwealth and Victorian Governments are now starting the biggest recovery and rebuilding program Victoria has ever seen.

The Victorian Bushfire Reconstruction and Recovery Authority have launched a new easy to use website, wewillrebuild.vic.gov.au to help people stay informed. 

The new website features links for all types of assistance, including:

• clean up and rebuilding 
• financial
• legal 
• agricultural and animal 
• relief and recovery centres 
• how you can help

Alternatively the Victorian Bushfire and Storm Information Line can be contacted on 1800 240 667.  

By visiting wewillrebuild.vic.gov.au, Victorians are able to register for free SMS updates on the Victorian bushfire recovery and rebuilding program.
