The Combined Emergency Services Seminar Committee are holding their 31st annual seminar, 'Dealing With Disaster', on 24 October 2009 at the Melbourne University Private Hawthorn Campus.

Emergency Services Commissioner Bruce Esplin will deliver the keynote address.
